Forstner Drill Sharpening Jig – STL files and plan

Description

This zip archive contains all the SLT files that you will need in order to 3d print the Forstner Drill Sharpening Jig. The archive contains the following files:

• 3d printed Chuck cap
• 12 versions of the 3d printed Chuck Core (from 6 mm diameter to 12 mm diameter in 0.5 mm increments)
• Chuck Adapter to work with the Chinese Quick release chuck
• Lever
• M6 Lower Cap
• M6 Upper Cap
• M8 Knob
• Square Base Holder
• Track Base
• Track Right
• Track Left

It also contains a PDF file with all the print parameters for the files and a quite detailed assembly instruction.

I also offer the necessary hardware if you don’t have all the necessary screws at hand.
